
1. What is the check in and check out time? Check in is at 5pm; check out is by 10am.
2. Can I arrive early? If there are no guests departing on the day of your arrival it may be possible to check in early, please contact us and we will let you know. If there are same day guests then it will not be possible as the unit will need to be cleaned prior to your arrival.
3. Do I have to do anything when I check out? Please take trash to the designated drop off, strip the beds, and start the dish washer. This will allow us to get a head start on cleaning the unit for the next guests - many thanks in advance!
4. How many cars can I park in the garage? Two (2) vehicles in enclosed garage, but also plenty of driveway parking available.
5. Do I need a parking pass? No.
6. What do I do if the code to enter the unit don't work? Please contact us directly by phone / text / or email, and we will guide you as how to access the property.
7. Can I bring my RV or boat? Yes.
8. Can I bring my bicycle? Yes.
9. Is your Mountain Gem Home private? Yes, we are located on a very secluded 6+ private acres that we own, but there is also 10 plus acres surrounding the home that are not developed.
10. Do you provide beach / spa towels? Yes, we have eight beach towels for guest use.

12. Can I smoke? NO - Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises included the units, balcony, and public areas.
13. Can I bring my pet? Guests are not allowed to bring pets to the home.
14. When do the leaves change? October / November are usually the best times to view the leaves changing.
15. Do you have coffee makers? Yes, we have a Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, as well as a french press available.
