
1. What is the check in and check out time? Check in is at 5pm; check out is by 10am.
2. Can I arrive early? If there are no guests departing on the day of your arrival it may be possible to check in early, please contact us and we will let you know. If there are same day guests then it will not be possible as the unit will need to be cleaned prior to your arrival.
3. Do I have to do anything when I check out? Please place trash in the receptacle by the road (trash service is on Friday morning), strip the beds, and start the dish washer. This will allow us to get a head start on cleaning the unit for the next guests - many thanks in advance!
4. How many cars can I park in the garage? Three (3) vehicles in enclosed garage(s), but also plenty of driveway parking available with circle turnaround for easy in and out. We also have room for your boat trailers just up the driveway a bit next to our peach tree.
5. What do I do if the code to enter the unit don't work? Please contact us directly by phone / text / or email, and we will guide you as how to access the property.
6. Can I bring my RV, boat, motorcycle or bicycle? Yes.
7. Is your Lake Gem Home private? Yes, we are located on 2 private acres that we own, the home is a single residence, directly lakefront on Hartwell.
8. Do you provide beach / spa towels? Yes, we have four beach towels for guest use.

10. Can I smoke? NO - Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises included the units, balcony, and public areas.
11. Can I bring my pet? Guests are not allowed to bring pets to the home due to extra cleaning required and out of respect to those that have pet allergies.
12. Are there chairs and/or tables on the deck for outside eating/lounging? Yes, there is plentiful seating of all kinds (chaise, picnic tables, Adirondack) and enough for each person.
13. Do you have coffee makers? Yes, we have a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker.
